Wood grain pattern and color will vary slightly from sticker to sticker. 3M adhesive is a very strong permanent adhesive, please be cautious when placing your stickers. Please note that these are real wood veneer and will become damaged through prolonged exposure to moisture. Our items ship from our workshop in Pontiac, Michigan. For small items, we utilize USPS First Class Mail Package Service. For larger or heavier items, we will check pricing between USPS and UPS and choose the more economical option. DELAYS & ISSUES WITH DELIVERY USPS does experience rerouting and delays from time to time. InkBird Print Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. But, if your package hasn’t moved in a few days please reach out to let us know and we will open a case with USPS. If a package has been marked as delivered, but you did not receive it, you will need to reach out to your local postal location to ask them about your options. Once something has been marked as “delivered” we are not able to open cases as the package is no longer considered ours (or at least that’s what we were told last time we tried). Our usual working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30-4:30 Eastern Standard Time. Once we have started production of your order, we are unable to salvage those materials or use them for another project.
